"Had to be patient with the sizing"
I ordered my usual size, but it ended up being a bit tight around the waist. It looks okay overall, so I’m not totally unhappy, but it’s annoying having to be patient and figure out sizing when the guide should’ve made it clearer in the first place.

I couldn’t get into mondaymonarch.com because the whole design just felt messy. The layout looked kind of outdated, and it seemed like different sections were placed without much thought. Some of the colors didn’t go well together, and a few parts were hard to read on my phone. It made the site feel a bit less trustworthy, so I ended up leaving quickly. Did anyone else have the same issue with the way it looks?

"Wish checkout had actually worked"
I tried to pay twice, but the checkout kept freezing both times. I ended up giving up, which is a shame because I actually wanted to place the order. Really frustrating experience

"Not exactly right, but it worked out"
My order was almost right, but one item was wrong. It was a little frustrating, but I guess it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

"Packagin was just okay"
My order showed up on time, so that was good. But the packaging felt kinda flimsy tbh. Nothing was broken luckily, but I was expecting it to be packed a bit more securely.

My order showed up around when they said it would, so that was good. The tracking kind of went quiet for maybe a day or so, which was a little annoying, but nothing major. Overall, it was dependable enough and I’d probably use them again

"Looks nice, but wore out way too fast"
I ordered from mondaymonarch.com it looked good when it first arrived. But after just a few uses, the material started showing wear and it already looked way older than it should have. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever bought, but for the price I definitely expected it to hold up better. Feels like this was preventable with better quality material. Kind of disappointed.

The site looks okay overall, but I’m still not fully sure about it. The info felt a bit limited, so I ended up having to double-check a few things on my own. I also got transferred around when I tried to ask questions, which was annoying. Nothing was really terrible, but I just wish everything felt clearer and a little more trustworthy

"Uncomfortable and honestly not worth it"
I wore this once and couldn’t wait to take it off. It felt stiff and irritating the whole day, not comfy at all. For what I paid, I expected way better, and it kind of made me wonder if there were extra costs baked in somewhere because the quality just didn’t match the price.

I was happy to see my refund come through without any issues. It took about three days to clear, but everything showed up okay in the end, which was a nice relief

I sent my return back and expected the refund to come through within a reasonable amount of time, but weeks went by and I still hadn’t received anything. Maybe it’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but for me it was really frustrating having to keep waiting and wondering what was going on.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I had a smooth time on mondaymonarch.com, honestly. The pages loaded fine for me and I was able to find what I needed without clicking around forever. The layout is simple, not confusing, which I really liked. The checkout/contact parts were easy enough too. Overall, just a clean easy website... no big issues on my end

"Not the value it used to be"
I feel like this used to be a better deal, but now it’s just too pricey for what you get. The site works fine overall, so it’s not like it’s terrible, but a lot of it feels basic compared to other options out there. For the price, I expected a bit more. it left me kind of disappointed.

I reached out and they replied quicker than I expected. It helped me sort out what I needed, so that was nice. Overall, it was smooth with that.
